How does Findr search for suitable candidates for its clients?
- Findr uses the latest e-search technology and together with high level consultative craft to find and engage “hard to find” suitable candidates for its clients.
- Findr proactively searches for suitable candidates from specific industry forums and network.
These “hard to find” suitable candidates are typically not available in the open market.
How is Findr paid for its search services? Findr requires an upfront payment of full fee before the commencement of provision of services at all service levels and phases. When a Client approves the commencement of Findr services, an invoice will be issued and emailed to the Client for payment which is the full fee of the service, and Findr will commence service only upon payment of the fee.
How does Findr price its services? Phase 1: Finding fees of $2,500 + GST Phase 2: Engagement fees of $3,500 + GST Beyond the above search and engagement fees, no other fees are payable as Findr is not compensated by placement fees that is usually a percentage of the candidates’ annual salary. Overall, for Findr’s clients who are able to successfully engage with and employ these “hard to find” candidates, the total fees they pay is rather low when compared to the typical placement fees. Engagement only fees : $5,000 + GST payable prior to Findr starting to engage the candidate
