What kind of search assignments do Findr provide?
Findr undertakes search assignments from clients to find and engage suitable candidates for “hard to fill” roles and positions on the client’s behalf. Findr provides its clients the opportunity to meet and assess talent that is normally hard to find.


What kind of services do Findr provide?
Findr provides Search and Engagement services for three levels of roles within an organisation, which are priced differently.

  • Operational level (specifically white collar positions with day to day operational roles)
  • Management level (Team Leader and Middle Management positions)
  • Executive level (Senior Leadership appointments)

The search and engagement services provided by Findr are at two levels and also post-employment services.

  • Service Level 1 – Finding & Engagement Services (Two phases)
  • Service Level 2 – Engagement Only Services
  • Pre-Employment and Post-employment Services – Mandatory Checks and Candidate Reference Checking

Findr Services – Operational Roles Service Level 1 – Finding & Engagement Services
There are two phases (Phase 1 and Phase 2) in the Service Level 1 – Finding and Engagement Services Findr provides finding and engagement services to clients who are not able to successfully engage with and employ these “hard to find” candidates. Clients can either use Findr services in either one or both of the phases at service level 1. Findr’s total payment is lower than the typical placement fees of most recruitment agencies which are usually a percentage of the candidate’s total remuneration as Findr is only compensated on a fixed fee for finding and engagement (Service Level 1) or only engagement services (Service Level 2).


Phase 1 (Finding) Findr will provide the names of a minimum of 2 suitable candidates to fill the role. Findr will only provide the names and employment details of the candidates. No other details will be provided to the Client at the completion of Phase 1. Fees: Finding fees of $2,500 + GST


Phase 2 (Engagement) Findr, after receiving authorization from the Client, will proceed to phase 2 which is the Engagement phase where Findr will proceed to engage with the candidates presented to the Client in Phase 1.Findr on behalf of the Client will engage with the said candidate with the objective of organizing for a face to face meeting between the candidate and the Client. Fees: Engagement fees of $3,500 + GST


Service Level 2 – Engagement Services Only This service is for Clients who have specific candidates in mind but prefer Findr to make the initial contact and engage with the candidate on their behalf and to arrange a face-to-face meeting. This service is limited to engaging with a maximum of 5 candidates per assignment.This will allow Findr to engage with and provide Clients with any relevant feedback from the candidate prior to the Client meeting the candidate. Fees: $5,000 + GST


Pre-Employment and Post Employment Services Pre-Employment Checks Australian Police Check Fees: $150 + GST per check Victorian State Police Driver’s License Check Fees: $100 + GST per check


Post-Employment Check -Candidate Reference Checking Findr will manage the candidate reference checking processLiaise with the candidates for nominated referees

  • Present and finalise reference checking questions with clients
  • Administer the reference checks
  • Present reference check reports to the clients.

Fees: $100 + GST per reference check
